Hi there!

Before we dive in, I want to be clear about something important.

I’m not a doctor. I’m not a therapist, educator, scientist, or expert.

What you’ll find here are things I’ve learned, noticed, struggled through, or wished I had access to. Some tools, some gentle encouragement, and maybe a few ideas that help make life feel a little less complicated.

My family is neurodivergent in ways that don't always match - what helps one of us can be exactly what another can't handle. I've found ways to support each of them anyway, and I want to share what worked.

But these tools are not a substitute for professional advice.

Always consult your doctor, therapist, dietitian, or other trusted professionals before making major decisions, especially when it comes to health, safety, or dietary needs.

This isn’t here to diagnose or treat anything.

It’s just here to offer some reassurance, and maybe make it a little easier to eat, to breathe, and to remember that you’re not alone in this.

We are all living this life for the first time.

We’re all doing our best.

With care,

Tammy
